ACTIVITATI DE SERVIRE A BAUTURILOR, MASA SI DANSUL OLTCHIM:
• Culmea tupeului şi nesimţirii la Oltchim: în timp ce muncitorii îşi primesc salariile mizerabile cu întârziere, armata de directori şi şefi nu are nici o remuşcare să-şi ridice salariile grase de circa 100 milioane lei vechi net/lună.
Nu am fi avut nimic împotriva ideii ca oamenii care aduc performanţă într-o companie să fie remuneraţi pe măsură, însă Oltchim se află într-o situaţie dramatică, este în insolvenţă din ianuarie 2013, are pierderi şi datorii uriaşe
şi funcţionează la mai puţin de 20% din capacitate.
Dăm câteva exemple care în 2013 au ridicat de la Oltchim în total venituri de aproape 1 miliard de lei vechi:
- Popescu Valentin - director Directie Energetica - Mecanica
- Mihail Tălpăşanu – director Direcţia Producţie,
- Marius Pîrvu – fost director general,
- Spiru Ciobescu Laurentiu Armand – director Direcţia Comercială,
- Marinescu Norocel Lucian – director Direcţia Tehnică Calitate-Mediu,
- Ion Hancu Dumitru – şef Divizia Clorosodice-Produse Oxo,
- Mihai Pavel Dumitru – şef Divizia Materiale pentru Construcţii,
- Marian Tapu – şef Sector Marketing DMC,
- Victor Avram – director general adjunct-
- Spiru Ciobescu Elena Felicia – şef Divizia Financiară,
etc.
