Firma care se ocupa de insolventa Oltchimului a depus astazi la Tribunalul Valcea planul de organizare al societatii comerciale. Dosarul care contine aproximativ 350 de pagini si cuprinde restructurarea operationala si restructurarea cooperativa, conversia partiala sau totala a creantelor creditorilor sau sursele de finantare. Primul termen de judecata al dosarului este pe data de  25 martie 2015.

Intenția tot mai evidentă, chiar dacă neconfirmată oficial, a celor de la OMV de a nu mai aștepta o eventuală privatizare a Oltchim Rm. Vâlcea la pachet cu Arpechim Pitești și de a proceda în viitorul destul de apropiat la dezafectarea rafinăriei piteștene a pus pe jar comunitatea locală.

Unul dintre cei de la care piteștenii așteptau să se implice în rezolvarea problemei Arpechim atât în calitatea sa de deputat de Pitești cât și în cea de membru al Guvernului (fost ministru al Economiei, actualmente ministru pentru Energie) este Andrei Gerea care spune că deși discuții există în continuare, șansele de salvare ale rafinăriei sunt practic nule.

„Din păcate s-a cam pierdut trenul și, știți cum e, când pierzi trenul, pierdut rămâne! E adevărat că la un moment dat a existat un interes din partea unei companii chineze să preia Oltchim și Arpechim, pentru că noi așa făcusem construcția, cu cele două la pachet, iar ei aveau inclusiv extracție, dar din păcate acest interes nu s-a materializat. E adevărat că discuții există în continuare, că nu s-a renunțat la privatizarea Oltchim dar din nefericire și eu cred că în privința Arpechim s-a pierdut trenul. Mai ales că Oltchim poate funcționa și cu materie primă adusă din altă parte direct în divizie deși ideal ar fi fost să primească materie primă de la Pitești”, a declarat referitor la acest subiect Andrei Gerea pentru Jurnalul de Argeș.
