Combinatul chimic Oltchim Râmnicu Vâlcea (simbol bursier OLT), aflat în insolvenţă din 2013, nu a apucat să beneficieze prea mult de pe urma scăderii preţului petrolului cu 50% în ultimele 12 luni, deoarece ieftinirea ţiţeiului a contaminat şi cotaţiile internaţionale ale produselor finite (polioli-polieteri necesari producţiei de mase plastice).

 

 

 

În plus, instabilitatea preţurilor i-a neliniştit şi pe clienţi, care şi-au redus comenzile la nivelul minim.

 

 

 

Principala materie primă a Oltchim, propilena, este produsă prin prelucrarea ţiţeiului, astfel că activitatea Oltchim este strâns legată de evoluţiile de pe piaţa internaţională a petrolului. Preţul spot al petrolului Brent s-a prăbuşit cu 23% doar în decembrie 2014, ajungând de la 70 dolari/baril la 55 dolari/baril spre sfârşitul lunii. Concomitent, preţul propilenei, care are o pondere de 63% în valoarea inputurilor combinatului, s-a ieftinit cu 25% faţă de luna precedentă, potrivit agenţiei de analiză Platts.

 

 

 

Efectul de scădere s-a resimţit însă şi asupra produselor fabricate de Oltchim, respectiv polioli-polieteri (75% din cifra de afaceri) şi oxo-alcooli (3% din afaceri). „Dacă la polioli-polieteri reducerea cotaţi­ilor internaţionale s-a făcut după o perioadă de două luni din momentul reducerii cotaţiilor la petrol (şi, implicit, la propilenă), la oxo-alcooli reducerea preţurilor de vânzare a fost chiar mai mare decât reducerea preţurilor la propilenă, astfel încât, la jumătatea lunii decembrie 2014, Oltchim a trebuit să oprească această instalaţie“, spun reprezentanţii consorţiului BDO Business Restructuring- Rominsolv SPRL, care administrează combinatul pe perioada insolvenţei. Secţia de oxo-alcooli fusese repornită în septembrie 2014, după trei ani în care a stat închisă.

Combinatul chimic Oltchim Râmnicu-Vâlcea (OLT), aflat în insolvenţă de la finele lunii ianuarie 2013, a înregistrat, anul trecut, pierderi pe EBITDA strict din producţie mai mici cu 36,84 milioane euro în comparaţie cu 2013, potrivit indicatorilor economico-financiari preliminaţi pe 2014, citaţi într-un raport trimis astăzi Bursei de Valori Bucureşti (BVB).

   Astfel, pierderile pe acest indicator s-au redus de la 46,198 milioane euro în 2013 la 9,358 milioane euro anul trecut, reprezentanţii Oltchim menţionând că EBITDA preliminată pe 2014 este cea mai bună din ultimii trei ani.
     Tot în 2014, compania a consemnat o cifră de afaceri de 141,19 milioane euro, cu 25,29% mai mare decât cea din 2013 (112,685 milioane euro).
   Vânzările la export ale Oltchim s-au majorat şi ele, cu 44,08%, de la 69,406 milioane euro la 100,005 milioane euro, se mai arată în documentul citat.

    Reprezentanţii firmei transmit:
"Activitatea Oltchim a înregistrat rezultate pozitive, respectiv EBITDA lunar pozitiv începând cu octombrie 2014. Aceste rezultate pozitive s-au înregistrat, în principal, datorită eforturilor conjugate ale actualei echipe de conducere şi ale salariaţilor, concretizată prin recâştigarea încrederii clienţilor externi, prin faptul că societatea poate livra fără întreruperi şi de o calitate superioară produsele contractate şi, într-o pondere redusă, ca urmare a scăderii preţului la petrol".

  Totuşi, oficialii OLT reclamă faptul că instabilitatea preţului pe piaţa petrolului creează probleme în activitatea întreprinderii, "în sensul că nu există o predictibilitate a preţului produselor finite, iar clienţii societăţii preferă contracte pe termen scurt şi foarte scurt, în cantităţi minime, aşteptând stabilizarea preţului".

   Reprezentanţii combinatului mai amintesc că, pe 4 decembrie, creditorilor le-au fost aduse la cunoştinţă etapele ulterioare ale procedurii insolvenţei companiei. Astfel:
-pe 5 februarie va fi propus şi depus planul de reorganizare;
-pe 9 februarie va fi publicat, în Buletinul Procedurilor de Insolvenţă, anunţul referitor la planul de reorganizare;
-în intervalul 2-10 martie planul va fi votat în adunarea creditorilor.

Nu în ultimul rând, judecătorul sindic trebuie să se pronunţe asupra confirmării planului de reorganizare în termen de 15 zile de la depunerea la tribunal a procesului verbal al adunării creditorilor, prin care planul a fost aprobat.
