APEL

SALARIATI DIN OLTCHIM, nu conteaza din ce sindicat, din ce partid, ce meserie sau profesie avem, TOTI avem o cauza comuna: PORNIREA PRODUCTIEI.
Indiferent ce cale de protest am ales
SA NE SUSTINEM UNII PE ALTII
SA NU NE MAI DIVIZAM DUPA NICI UN CRITERIU
TOTI DORIM ACELASI LUCRU:
Capitalizarea societatii pentru pornirea productiei
TOTI apartinem unei mari si unice categorii OLTCHIMISTI
Faptul ca vom protesta impreuna va aduce asupra noastra atentia autoritatilor. NOI VREM SA MUNCIM

Multumiri colegilor din pavilion Dispensar si tuturor care azi au iesit la protest si au inteles ca numai inpreuna putem sa ne cistigam drepturile .

sustin apelul la unitate

In primul rand vreau sa va spun ca sunt de la sind.liber si am iesit azi pt ca am citit manifestul cu apelul la unitate. Sunt in totalitate de acord cu el. Dar e pt ultima data. S-au intamplat lucruri incredibile, care pe mine ma revolta. Eu sunt pentru manifestare pasnica si pentru adevar.
Linga mine erau trei barbati care pe langa faptul ca barfeau intr-un fel la care nici o femeie n-ar fi performat, puneau ceva la cale de genul: “tu dupa cladire…eu in fata…si dam pe fomisti”. I-am ignorat. M-am prins abia cand am vazut ca s-a incercat agresarea domnului Prefect. Culmea e ca un ”fomist “ l-a protejat.
Atunci m-am speriat si am povestit cuiva de langa mine. Persoana mi-a zis ca e “practica in floare” , ca oamenii sunt manipulati si asmutiti, ca un lider de la transporturi nu face altcceva decat sa organizeze raspandirea de minciuni despre oamenii de la sind.victoria si mi-a dat multe exemple. Eu am retinut o situatie pe care intamplator o stiu f.bine, adica acel lider le-a spus “oamenilor lui” ca s-a facut al doilea rand de fluturasi pe ianuarie pt ca Cernev a obtinut sporuri la operatori. Chiar m-am ingrozit cum poti sa folosesti o rectificare benefica pentru oameni impotriva cuiva (repet nu sustin persoana). Chiar stiu foarte bine si exact ca este vorba despre rata la CAR.
V-am spus, sunt membru la sind.liber si sunt impotriva celorlalte sindicate dar nu asa. Trebuie sa aratam ca suntem mai buni nu sa mintim. Sunt de accord ca asta e o mizerie.
Si ma intreb: daca din cincizeci de oameni, trei erau pusi sa insceneze violente care sa fie puse in seama “fomistilor”, unul (sau cati) aveau rolul de a distribui minciuni mizerabile, cum se poate realize unitatea aceea?
Din partea mea, eu va sustin in apelul la unitate.
Sa va ajute Dumnezeu sa reusiti sa invingeti mincina si rautatea si sa fie bine pentru toti oamenii necajiti.
