lasa-l maaa pe badescu ca asta o da in gard si e treaba lui, raspunde, vi sa te dai parte-n-parte cu pavilionul conducerii tu si cu dixi, scoateti combinatul afara si le spuneti oamenilor cat mai au pana pleaca acasa..., zi??? ai ocazia sa te razbuni pe toti dusmanii tai, acum e viitorul tau, sa dovedesti ca rezolvi tu cu dixi, cel care-ti pregateste actele de somer cu indemnizatie.

si chiar daca ai fi fost la servici tu nu ai poarta asa ca poti sa vi cu dixi si poate scoateti cotizantii sa le explicati situatia, acum este sansa ta si a altora, strigati sloganuri, marss acasa javra ordinara, talpasanu, popescu, spirestii, voiculestii, pontistii...etc, hai pe ei...

Noi disponibilizatii dupa contractul care este la plecare ramenem, iar de cel nou va ocupati cei angajati, sunteti raspunzatori de ce ati negociat si daca l-ati si aprobat, asta ramane, insa pentru disponibilizati ramane in vigoare CCM 01.01.2011 - 31.12.2014 si ramane pana la stingerea conflictului de munca intre noi si S.C. Oltchim S.A.
