In Germania am auzit ca exista polite speciale pt. motociclisti pe fix 8 luni: 1 Martie - 31 Octombrie. In rest motoreta sta "la iernat" ... si mi se pare de bun simt.

cred ca si cu enduristii care nu merg decit pe drumuri comunale ar trebui sa se gaseasca o solutie.rar dam de ei pe dj.
poate ar fi bine sa circule cu carnet si numere galbene[la primarii]si peste 49 cm cubi.
