Nu te necaji, important ii ca am creat o contra-petitie a oamenilor simpli...fara vreun suport sau vreo publicitate si am strans cateva sute de semnaturi. Poate se va afla ca nu chiar toti romanii sunt pentru o gratiere in cazul acesta.
Vorba romanului, cine rade la urma rade mai bine de ala care radea de toata lumea.
Pentru hoţie, la fel, să plătească ca orice alt hoţ.
În nici o normă de drept faima nu aduce imunitate.

Ii clar ca legea gratierii exista...dar mi s-ar parea normal sa se aplice mai degraba pentru cazuri umanitare. Dealtfel cred ca o gratiere doar dupa cateva zile de la solutie ar fi un semnal negativ la adresa justitie. Sper ca Presedentia sa astepte cel putin epuizarea cailor de atac, vezi recursul la ICJC, si apoi daca va fi cazul, sa ieie o decizie.
Oricum petitia aceasta are doar rolul de a atrage atentia ca exista si o alta opinie relativa la acest caz.
Daca nu era prins nu dadea niciodata banii inapoi. Si nici macar asta nu are importanta. Fapta lui trebuie pedepsita. Legea nu trebuie sa fie clementa nici macar cu Popescu Gheorghe. Si sa fiu scutit de "marele lui aport" la fotbalul romanesc. Poate aportul lui la "buzunarul" propriu. Pe la altii si la "nationala". Mai tine cineva minte ca toti jucatorii lotului primeau si primesc "prime de joc" mai mari chiar decit in Germania? Pentru ce, daca joaca sub tricolor? Si mai vorbeste de "tarisoara lui draga"... Ipocriti pe o gramada de euro... Mersi! Asa pot fi si eu "nationalist"... Sint niste nesimtiti.
