Almost eight years are gone and the museum is still boxed. A lot of money spent for a building constructed for the purposes of a modern museum, for a museum which is necessary for a big city with enormous cultural tradition, for students - from elementary to university - and for the inhabitants to get acquainted with history, art, nature and life of their predecessors. And not only that of their city but that of the Criș region which is interesting, beautiful and important not only for Rumanians, Hungarians, Germans, Slovaks all livin' here but for all the people outside the country who know not so much about our smaller world.
There is a building which is built to be museum and actually - without spending a lot of money again - is not suitable for anything else. In this situation the only rational decision is the completion of the project. Oradea (and Bihor County) will hawe a museum of European level the people will have a place of education, culture and entertainment and the politicians involved in the positive decision will get a higher prestige more than enough for winning the forthcoming elections, and what is more important they will be honoured members of their society.
