My god this is so sad heartbreaking and horrific! Please catch the evil person who did this brutal sick painful cruel act to this poor innocent helpless loving dog. This person is very sick cruel disgusting and is a threat to all society. Needs to be punished severely and jail time. It's a very evil heartless thing to torture abuse and cause such severe pain and suffering to any animal!! Justice must be served to protect other animals from harm. Please Act!!
